Coping with Loss and Grief

As you are trying to get pregnant or pregnant or in postpartum, the journey can be unpredictable for many of us and can include loss and grief. It is important to acknowledge, accept, heal, and bring closure. Working with your practitioner as your personal trainer for maternal well-being can help you tune into all the changes and learn practices to stay well throughout your journey. The COURAGE Program will provide you with acceptance, preparation, confidence, and comfort for the journey ahead.
